At Laffin, we take pride in the quality of our plushies and carefully inspect every order before it ships. Our goal is for every order to arrive safely and bring a smile.
Returns & Exchanges
Please contact us before sending anything back. Unrequested returns may not be accepted.
Because some of our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives defective or damaged.
If you believe your item arrived defective or damaged, please contact us at support@laffin.fun within 7 days of delivery. Our team will review your request and, if approved, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Address Accuracy & Order Changes
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
Once an order is submitted, we are unable to guarantee address changes or cancellations due to the speed of our fulfillment process. If you notice an error, contact us immediately and we'll do our best to help if your order has not yet shipped.
We are unable to take responsibility for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Shipping Issues
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
We cannot issue refunds due to carrier delays, shipping time estimates, or packages marked as delivered but reported stolen, as these are outside our control. We recommend tracking your package closely and contacting your local carrier if needed.
If your package appears lost or has stopped receiving tracking updates, please reach out to us. We are happy to offer a replacement, store credit, or refund once 6 weeks have passed since the first tracking update.
If anything arrives defective or damaged, our support team will make it right.
Final Sale Items
Sale items, exclusive releases, and gift cards are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may be entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period under EU consumer protection laws.
However, items that are made to order or produced specifically for your order are exempt from this cooling-off period and are not eligible for return or cancellation once production has begun, unless the item arrives defective or damaged.

Refunds & Store Credit
If your return is approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times vary by bank, but typically take 5–10 business days to appear.
Store credit, when issued, does not expire and can be used on any future purchase.
